Award Description
The Environmental and Exercise Physiology Section Edward F. Adolph Distinguished Lectureship recognizes an eminent research scholar who has made meritorious contributions to the areas of environmental, exercise, thermal, or applied physiology, is
an outstanding public speaker, and has contributed as a collegial citizen of the EEP and/or scientific community.
Eligibility
The nominee must be an established investigator
Criteria
The nomination materials consist of:
- letter of nomination from a current EEP Section member, and
- nominee's curriculum vitae.
Nomination letters must address criteria for the award, i.e., established an impactful line of research or made a seminal discovery, and state that the candidate is a collegial citizen of EEP and/or scientific community.
The EEP Section Awards Committee reserves the right to contact colleagues and/or former trainees for character references.
