Keep these important dates in mind as you prepare to present your research, apply for awards and register for the conference.

  • Abstract submission site opens—Mar. 30 
  • Registration site opens—Mar. 30 
  • Abstract submission deadline—May 15 
  • Awards deadline—May 15  
  • Travel awards application deadline—May 15  
  • Official letters of invitations sent to invited speakers—June
  • Late-breaking Abstract submission site opens (poster format only)—June 8
  • APS to send abstract notifications with programming information—June 13 
  • Late-breaking Abstract submission deadline (poster format only)—July 20
  • Early registration deadline—July 31 
  • Registration cancellation deadline—Aug. 31  
  • Regular registration deadline—Sept. 20
  • See you in Orlando!—Sept. 17–20

Don’t Miss a Deadline

  • Submit your abstract by May 15 to be considered for an oral presentation.
  • Apply for travel and dependent support awards by May 15.
  • Submit your late-breaking abstract by July 20.
  • Register early by July 31 to save on fees.
  • Cancel by Aug. 31 to receive a partial refund (processing fee applies).
