Registration Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email by Aug. 31 to be eligible for a refund. A $100 processing fee will apply. Abstract submission fees are nonrefundable.
Guest Registration
Attendees who would like to bring a guest or family member to attend conference meals or events should contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to obtain a guest registration form.
Special Assistance
APS is committed to holding an inclusive and accessible event. Please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to make arrangements for attendees who require special assistance or dietary accommodations. The conference venue is fully accessible to all participants.
Abstracts and Program Access
All submitted abstracts will be available through a secure online shared folder.
- Access begins one week before the conference.
- Materials remain available for one month after the event.
Photography Consent
By registering for the conference, you consent to being photographed. Images may be used in future APS promotional materials.
