What Is Included in the Registration Fee?
Your registration includes:
- Access to all scientific and poster sessions.
- All conference meals.
- Admission to the welcome reception on Sunday evening.

Registration Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email by June 4 to be eligible for a refund. A $100 processing fee will be applied. Abstract submission fees are not refundable.
Guest Registration Fees
Attendees who would like to bring a guest or family member or guest to join you during the conference and be provided with meals should contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to obtain a guest registration form..
Special Assistance

Abstracts and Program Access
All submitted abstracts will be available through a secure, online shared folder.
- Access begins one week before the conference.
- Materials remain available for one month after the event.

By registering for the conference, you consent to having your photograph taken and the image possibly being used in future APS promotional materials..
