What is Included in the Registration Fee?
The registration fee includes access to all virtual scientific and poster sessions, networking, all components within the virtual platform and on-demand access for all scientific sessions and workshops through Wednesday, November 22, 2021.

The online registration site accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card payments. Purchase orders, checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
The registration cancellation deadline is Tuesday, October 12, 2021. After this date, no portion of the registration can be refunded.
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email and be accompanied by your advance registration receipt of payment. A $25 registration cancellation processing fee will be assessed. Refunds will be issued within three weeks of the cancellation request, minus the cancellation fee.

All letters of attendance will be prepared after registering through the APS online registration system and attending the conference. Please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings after the virtual conference with questions or to request a letter of attendance.
By registering for the conference, all attendees agree and understand photo or video capture of any scientific presentation in whole or in part is strictly prohibited without the presenter's explicit permission. Taking photographs, recording or sharing any content on social media platforms in whole or in part of another person's contents is strictly prohibited without the presenter's explicit permission.
