The American Physiological Society (APS) takes the health and safety of all conference attendees, guest of attendees, vendors and staff very seriously. APS requires all conference attendees to be up to date on COVID-19 vaccines and to wear masks.

Register early and save! The advance registration deadline is Friday, June 3, 2022. After this date, the registration rate will increase so register early and save!
Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is Monday, June 10, 2022.
Registration will close after June 10, 2022. There will be no on-site registration, due to the required vaccination verification process.
The registration fee includes entry into the opening reception and all scientific sessions, poster sessions and meals during the conference.

The online registration site accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card payments only. Purchase orders, checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
If you would like to have a family member or guest join you during the conference and be provided with meals, please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to make arrangements. All guests are required to follow the verification of vaccination status protocols.
The registration cancellation deadline is Tuesday, June 7, 2022. After this date, no portion of the registration can be refunded.
Please submit all cancellation requests via email along with your advance registration receipt. A $100 registration cancellation processing fee will be assessed. Refunds will be issued within three weeks of the cancellation request, minus the cancellation fee. Abstract submission fees are not refundable.

Please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to make arrangements for attendees who require special assistance or diet requests. The conference venue is fully accessible to all participants.
All abstracts submitted for this conference will be accessible through an online shared folder. The link to the abstracts will be shared approximately one week prior to the conference and will be accessible for one month after the conference.
By registering for the conference, attendees consent to having their photograph taken and the possibility of the photo being used in future APS promotional materials.
