What is Included?
The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, the opening reception, poster sessions and all meals; except for dinner on Wednesday night.
The registration fee does not include housing fees or entry to the New Teacher Workshop.
Registering early and/or becoming a member of APS can save you money on your registration fee.

The online registration site accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card payments. Purchase orders, checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
Registration for the New Teacher Workshop is a separate fee in addition to the ITL conference registration fee. You must first register for the ITL conference in order to attend the one-day New Teacher Workshop. Workshop registration closes on Monday, May 4, 2020. On-site registration is not permitted. The registration cancellation deadline is June 8, 2020. After this date, no portion of the registration can be refunded.
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email and be accompanied by your advance registration receipt of payment. A $100 registration cancellation processing fee will be assessed. Refunds will be issued within three weeks of the cancellation request, minus the cancellation fee.

Attendees requiring special assistance or accommodations for dietary restrictions may contact the APS Meetings Office to make the necessary arrangements. The conference venue is accessible to all participants.
All letters of invitation are prepared after registering and paying for the conference through the APS online registration system. Letters are prepared for the registered attendee only and not for people accompanying the attendee. Please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings with questions or to request a letter of invitation.
All abstracts submitted for the conference will be bound within the official program and available on-site. Abstracts will be reproduced directly from the electronic submission and will serve as the official workshop proceedings. Instructions for citing abstracts will be included in the program. Programs will be available at the on-site registration desk.
By registering for the conference, attendees consent to having their photograph taken. All photos taken at APS conferences may be used in future promotional materials.
