Chapter Annual Meeting Email Request Form

To help your Chapter with promotion of its annual meeting, APS will set up and deploy a campaign containing up to three email messages prior to the event date targeting the below groups located in your Chapter’s local area. The final target list will only include contacts in your chapters’ region and will not infringe or overlap on the territory of another chapter (as stated in section 1.a. of the APS Chapter Affiliation Agreement).

• Current APS members (all categories)
• Recently expired APS members

Please provide any keynote or important speakers you would like highlighted in your meeting's marketing.

This request form must be received at least two weeks prior to first email deploy date/expectation.

APS will schedule emails based on APS’ marketing schedule. If APS schedule changes, please note that the Chapter email date may also be adjusted. APS must use APS’ brand style guidelines to deploy campaigns. Last minute requests will be honored if time and resources are available.
