The American Physiological Society (APS) invites scientists from around the world to join us for our Sex Differences and Women’s Health Research conference. Held every four years, this conference will be held Oct. 23–25, 2025, in New Orleans.

The online registration site accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments only. Purchase orders, checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
What Is Included in the Registration Fee?
The registration fee includes access to all scientific and poster sessions, breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, and networking receptions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Registration Cancellation Policy
The registration cancellation deadline is Friday, Oct. 3. After this date, no portion of the registration can be refunded.
Please submit all cancellation requests via email along with your advance registration receipt. A $100 registration cancellation processing fee will be assessed. Abstract submission fees are not refundable.
Guest Fees
Attendees who would like a family member or guest to join you during the conference and be provided with meals, should contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to obtain a guest registration form.

Special Assistance
Please contact the APS Office of Scientific Meetings to make arrangements for attendees who require special assistance or dietary requests. The conference venue is fully accessible to all participants.
Program/Abstract Volume
All abstracts submitted for this conference will be accessible through an online shared folder. The link to the abstracts will be shared approximately one week prior to the conference and will be accessible for one month after the conference.
Photography Release Information
By registering for the conference, attendees consent to having their photograph taken and the possibility of the photo being used in future APS promotional materials.
