The American Physiological Society (APS) Hypoxia Interest Group serves as a platform for physiologists with a common interest in the physiology of hypoxia to meet and exchange ideas. We cover a wide range of topics across several levels of physiological organization. We sponsor the annual Lahiri-Cherniack Lecture at the American Physiology Summit, which highlights the contributions made by a physiologist to our understanding of hypoxia physiology.
We welcome and encourage the participation of members throughout the Society. Contact the Hypoxia Interest Group chair or Scientific Programming Committee representative to become involved or to learn more.
APS members can log into their My APS Dashboard and Hypoxia Hub for member-only content.
